Urgent Invitation for Open Bid

BID# I1D/OBP-024/2025)

Imagine 1day International Organization (1D) is an international NGO operating in Oromia, Amhara, Tigray, Afar, South Ethiopia, South Weast Ethiopia and Central Ethiopia regions and Benishangul Gumuz regions to create access to quality education for all Ethiopian Children.

I1D invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders, technically competent, and have valid licenses for the supply of the below items for 11D Country Office.

Requirements:

• Renewed & Valid trade license for related item,
• Value Added Tax Registration (VAT) certificate for VAT registered Suppliers,
• Tax clearance,
• VAT Clearance declaration of Recent Month (for VAT registered Suppliers),
• Bid security bond of 5 % of the bid amount before Tax by CPO which is Valid for 20 days as of bid opening on one separate Envelop is required.
• Both financial and technical document-one original and one copy for each in a separate envelop stamped and waxed is needed,

Note:

Bid documents with the detail description of items can be obtained from imagine 1day Addis Ababa Country Office from 18/08/2025 to 20/08/2025 by paying 200 birrs via Imagine 1 Day CBE.

Bid offer should include all aforementioned tender documents and marked, bidders name, address, and legal stamp of the bidder and submit and put it in to the bid box on the day of bid opening.

Bid will be closed on 21/08/2025 at 10:00AM and opened on 21/08/2025 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine 1Day Country office,

The winner shall deliver the materials within 3 (Three) calendar days from the date of the agreement/PO signed. Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the materials.
