Invitation to Tender

Bid Announcement No. SSNT-T562

Ethiopian Airlines Group invites all competent and qualified Category I (One) Local and International Consultant for the Design Review, Administration for Classrooms, associated facilities and Main Gate projects for EAU at Addis Construction Supervision and Contract Ababa Bole International Airport and Dormitory for Instructors, Cafeteria, Compound fence, Access Road, Ground Tennis Court and Landscaping work projects at Jigjiga Airport.

Hence, ETG invites all interested and eligible Bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder:

1. Any Legally established bidder with renewed business license valid for year 2024/2025, with VAT Registration certificate and taxpayer certificate can participate on the bid and get the tender document.

2. Bidders must avail Category I Consultant Certificate in the field of Civil Engineering issued by the mandated government body for the current fiscal year (2024/2025).

3. Bidders should be locally registered by the Ministry of Construction to conduct consultancy services and have license valid for year 2024/2025.

4. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T562 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the address below and will get the Tender document by the return email.

5. All Bidders should submit bid security of ETB 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Birr) for Local Bidders or Equivalent amount in USD for International Bidders in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee from banks in the name of “Ethiopian Airlines Group”. Any insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted.

The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPIES” document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines Group, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section on Sept 22,2025, at 3:00 PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM, at Ethiopian Airlines Group Head office Addis Ababa, at Bid opening Room at old HRM building in the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives. Ethiopian Airlines reserve the right to cancel or modify the tender partially or entirely.
