- ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID bond Bank Guarantee) በአካል የግዥ እና ፋይናንስ መምሪያ ቢሮ ድረስ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ቀደም ብሎ ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን እንዲሁም ዋስትናውን ስካን በማድረግ በEGP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል።
- በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት ያሸነፈበትን የተለያዩ ወታደራዊ ደንብ ልብስ አልባሳት እስከ ገዥው መጋዘን ድረስ የማምጣት ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ (ሳሪስ ቡና ቦርድ በሚገኘው ንብረት አስተዳደር ጠቅላላ አገልግሎት መምሪያ መጋዘን)
- ተጫራች ድርጅቶች ለሚወዳደሩበት የተለያዩ ወታደራዊ ደንብ ልብስ አልባሳት የተሰፋ ናሙና ከእያንዳንዱ 02(ሁለት)፣ በብትን( Fabric) 08 (ስምንት) ሜትር ፣ 06(ስድስት)ሜትር ገበር ለኪስ(Fabric for Pocket) እና 06(ስድስት)ሜትር ገበር( Fabric for Lining) ናሙና ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን የቀረበው ናሙና ወደ ኢትዮጵያ ተስማሚነትና ምዘና ድርጅት የሚላክ ይሆናል።
- ተጫራች ድርጅቶች በተቀመጠው Mandatory requirements and Decision Point በቴክኒካል መወዳደሪያ ሰነድ መሰረት በማድረግ ጨረታ ላይ መሳተፍ ይጠበቅባችኋል።
- ተጫራች ድርጅቶች መስሪያ ቤቱ ናሙና(sample) ስላዘጋጀ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ቀርባቹ ናሙናውን በመመልከት በናሙናው መሰረት ናሙና(sample) እንድታቀርቡ።
- ተቋሙ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
