RFQ: Procurement of Used Vehicle

Médecins du Monde – France (MDM Ethiopia) invites quotations from qualified vehicle dealers or individuals for the supply of used vehicles suitable for field and out-of-city use.

• Price quotation (ETB, VAT inclusive)
• Duty payment status / NGO duty-free eligibility
• Vehicle registration
• Make/Model: [e.g., Toyota Hilux]
• Year: [e.g., 2015]
• 4WD, Manual, Diesel
• Seating: [e.g., 5 seats]
• Mileage: [e.g., 95,000 km]

The vehicle is in good working condition, fully registered in Ethiopia, and available for prompt delivery.

All offers should be submitted in a sealed envelope in person by September 1, 2025.

Bids will be evaluated based on vehicle condition, price, year of manufacture, completeness of documentation, and delivery/service readiness. Full technical specifications and detailed requirements are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
