• Terms and Conditions: 

1. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የመጫረቻ ሰነድ ለመግዛት በኢንስቲትዩቱ ስም በተከፈተው CBE ቁጥር 1000007971501 የማይመለስ ብር 200(ሁለት መቶ) መክፈል ይኖርባቸዋል። 
2. CPO ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል መቅረብ ይኖርበታል።
3. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከላይ በዝርዝር የተቀመጡትን መስፈርቶች ያገናዘበ ዋጋ መሆን አለበት።
4. አሸናፊው ድርጅት የኢትጵያው ባህልን በጠበቀ መንገድ እንግዶችን ማስተናገድ ይኖርባቸዋል።
5. አሸናፊው ድርጅት ለበጀት አመቱ ወይም እስከ ሰኔ 30 ድረስ የመስተንግዶ አገልግሎት ለመስጠት ውል መግባት ይኖርበታል።
6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ቁልፍ ጨረታው ሲከፈት መላክ ይኖርባቸዋል።
7. ማሳሰቢያ ፡- መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ/በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ ይጠበቃል።
