Invitation to Bid for Transaction Advisory Services

Open Tender BIC/FP/001/2025/26

Bunna Insurance S.C Hereby invites qualified and experienced firms to submit bids for providing Transaction Advisory Services related to the upcoming registration of our securities on the Ethiopian Securities Exchange.

1. Scope of Work:

2. Advising on the preparation and submission of registration documents to the Ethiopian Capital Markets Authority under proclamation No. 1248/2021 and Directive No. 1030/2024

3. Compilation and submission of all necessary documents for capital market registration

4. Support regulatory compliance and coordinate with relevant authorities.

5. Provide guidance for an efficient and timely registration process

6. Providing ongoing advisory support throughout the registration

2. Eligibility Criteria:

1. Demonstrated experience in transaction advisory services, particularly in capital markets and securities registration.

2. Knowledge of Ethiopian capital markets regulations and procedures.

3 Adequate professional qualifications and certifications.

3. Submission Details:

1. interested firms should submit their bids. Including a technical proposal, company profile. relevant experience  and financial proposal including cast breakdown for deliverables

2. The bid shall be open from August 20, 2025, to September 4, 2025. Bids will close on September 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM local time and will be publicly opened at 10:00 AM local time on the same day, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, at the Company’s Board Meeting Room
