Invitation To Bid

1. Harari constriction infrastructure work enterprise now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders

2. Bidding will be conducted through Opining bidding method and those bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Harari Construction and Infrastructure Work Enterprise and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00AM to 12:30AM and 2:00PM to 5:30PM Working days.

4. Qualifications requirements in case of Local Bidders:

• Valid trade license indicating the stream of business in which she/he is engaged;
• VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority;
• A valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority;
• Business organization registration certificate or trade license renewed for 2025G.C (2017 E.C)
• Other documents requested by the Purchasers

5. Qualifications requirements in case of bidders other than Local Bidders, i.e. International Bidders shall submit an Authorized Business Organization Registration Certificate or Trade License that certifies the bidder to transact the subject matter of the bid from the country of establishment /origin.

6. A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be found to those invited interested bidders from the address below upon no payment Eth. Birr 1,000.00 [One Thousand Birr]. [The Bidding Documents will be sent by hand.]

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:00AM on 16th day of invitation letter [Late bids will be rejected.]

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 9:30 Am on the last bid submission date.

9. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency [1% of the total bid price.]

10. The Harari Construction and Infrastructure Work Enterprise reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
