- 1. The University has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. (ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።)
- 2. Bidders are required to provide a bank guarantee of 30,000 birr in person. (ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን 30,000 ብር የባንክ ዋስትና በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡)
