INVITATION FOR BID NO. APPF/ICB/01/2025

1. Chemical Industry Corporation Adami Tulu Pesticides Processing Factory invites seal, bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

• 1.1 Malathion Technical (Min. 95%) 100.000 KG
• 1.2 Malathion Technical Odourless (Min. 95%)- 11,038 KG
• 1.3 Geronol FF/4 2,600 KG
• 1.4 Geronol FF/6 3,600 KG
• 1.5 Xylene 140,000 KG

2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidders upon payment of non refundable Birr 500.00 in presenting renewed trade license. save

3. The bidders shall submit one envelop sealed bidding document which encloses one big wax sealed envelope of ORIGINAL TECHNICAL DOCUMENT & ONE COPY. This shall be produced in different wax scaled envelopes and labeled as ORIGINAL TECHNICAL DOCUMENT & COPY and FINANCIAL DOCUMENT also encloses one big wax sealed envelope of ORIGINAL. FINANCIAL DOCUMENT & ONE COPY. This shall also be produced in different wax scaled envelopes and labeled as “ORIGINAL FINANCIAL Offer and COPY”

4. All bidders must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 2% of the total bid price payable to CIC APPF in acceptable form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in wax sealed envelope with Technical documents.

5. Bids shall be delivered on/ before September 24, 2025 on/before 10.00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM at Addis Ababa Liaison office in the presence of all bidder) or their representatives, who choose to attend.

6. CIC Adami Tulu Pesticides Processing Factory reserves the right to accept or rejes.t any or all bids.
