Invitation For Open Tender

Ref. NCB/OCC-098/2025

In compliance with the requirements included in our bidding document, Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) is seeking competitive bidders to purchase the following items, used for our construction projects.

• Lot 01: Plywood with specified size of 2.44mx1.22mx0.018m

As a result, interested bidders are encouraged to submit a bid proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions in our bidding document and preliminary requirements listed here below.

1. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased with a non- refundable cost of ETB 400.00 (four Hundred). provided that bidders have a valid and recently updated trade license, the appropriate tax clearance from the relevant Custom Customs Authority, EPPA’s Suppliers Registration via/on EPPA Website, VAT and TIN Registration Certificate.

2. Bidders should ensure that the products submitted with their bid include a clear statement of compliance with environmental protection measures or an eco- friendly product description, along with additional statement showing conformity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements to safeguard workers from potential hazards.

3. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by bid Security in which the amount of bid security will be specified in the bidding document in the form of CPO or unconditional & irrevocable bank guarantee from recognized bank institutions, sealed & stamped separately.

4. Technical & Financial proposals shall be prepared in two copies (One original & One Copy) sealed & stamped separately, clearly marking each as:

a) “Original Technical Proposal” and “Copy Technical Proposal” sealed & stamped separately

b) “Original Financial Proposal” & “Copy Financial Proposal” sealed & stamped separately

5. The competitive bidders shall submit their bid proposal on or before September 18/2025 at 2:00PM. Bid will be closed on September 18/2025 at 2:00 PM and technical proposal will be opened on the same date at 2:30PM. Late bids will be rejected.

6. OCC reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
