LOCAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (LCB)

Procurement Reference Number BID/AB/IT/02/2025/26

1. Awash Bank S.C. invites technically competent and commercially competitive bidders to Participate in the bid for consultancy services related to the Bank’s core banking It Infrastructure.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other Relevant Laws of the country, and is open to all eligible bidders.

3. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from Awash Bank Procurement Division at Awash Bank HQ 12th Floor upon producing receipt of non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred) by depositing in Account Number 01540000544500, at AWASH BANK, ANY BRANCH, during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00AM-12:00 PM; 1:00PM- 4:30PM and Saturday 8:00AM-12:00PM) starting from August 31, 2025 upon Presentation of copy of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate.

4. The bids must be accompanied by a bid Bond amount of: ETB 400,000.00 (ETB Four Hundred Thousand) in the form of unconditional and Irrevocable Bank Guarantee from other Bank or Cashier’s Payment Order (C.P.O).

5. Commencement Availability of tender document as from September 01, 2025 (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 AM; 1:00 PM-4:30 PM) & (Saturday 8:00 AM-12:00 AM).

6. Last Due date for receipt of queries through Letter or E-mail, from the bidder/recipients of the tender documents on or before September 12, 2025

7. The Bank release clarifications (if any) on or before September 13, 2025.

8. The bank guarantee issued by any schedule bank must be counter guaranteed by local bank.

9. Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before; September 15, 2025 at 02:00 PM.

10. Bid opening shall be held at the office of Procurement and Supplies Management Directorate, on the above mentioned address in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend on September 15, 2025 at 2:30 PM.

11. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of Procurement Division Tel. 0115-57-11-07/00-84.

12. Failure to comply any of the conditions from item 2 to 10 above shall entail automatic rejection.

13. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
