INVITATION TO BID FOR TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICE 

FOR REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES

Bid Number ELIG/0005/2025

Ethio Life and General Insurance S.C would like to invites all interested and eligible bidders, to submit bids for providing transaction advisory services for the registration of our securities at the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority, that meet the requirements of the company indicated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.

The bid and RFP documents can be obtained from the company in the following address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 1,000.00 (One Thousand Birr) at the time of purchasing the bid document from :-

1. Bidders should submit renewed license, VAT registration, TIN certificate and current year tax clearance.

2. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 2% of the bidders fixed fee for the transaction advisory service for the securities registration project, in one of the following forms:

• CPO;
• Unconditional Bank guarantee;

3. The bid remains floating from September 07, 2025 to September 20, 2025 and shall be closed at 4:00 AM and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 4:30 AM at the Company’s board room, 7th Floor, Around Meskel Flower, Homes of Millions Building.

4. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.

5. Bidders are required to submit Sealed bids marked as “Tender for transaction advisory service for the registration of securities” original and copy in separate wax-sealed envelopes marked of Technical Proposal and Financial Proposals, wax- sealed in one big envelop must be delivered to the address specified above and submitted in the box prepared for this purpose on or before September 20, 2025 4:00 AM.
