INVITATION FOR BID

TENDER Ref. No.:- Re-Bid NCB/OCC-092/2025

Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite eligible bidders for the Procurement of Lot 1:- Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning HVAC Works of Federal Revenue at Jimma Branch Office Building Project and LOT 2:- Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning HVAC Works For Melka Oda Hospital Expansion Project.

Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the supply and fix of the works mentioned above on the basis of the following conditions.

1. Those who owned renewed relevant license, Supplier’s Registration Certificate, VAT Reg. Certificate, TIN Number & Tax Clearance certificate issued by concerned tax Authority.

2. Renewed certificate of registration from authorize body as (Electromechanical Supplier and Installation) with relevant experience with valid license can purchase a complete bidding document upon payment of non-refundable Birr 400 (Four Hundred Birr and 00/100).

3. Obligatory to provide bid security of Birr 400,000.00 (Four Hundred Thousand Birr and 00/100) for LOT 1:- Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning HVAC Works of Federal Revenue at Jimma Branch Office Building Project and 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr and 00/100) for LOT 2:- Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning HVAC Works For Melka Oda Hospital Expansion Project in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee.

4. Bid Validity shall be 120 +28 days after technical bid opening date.

5. Bid will be closed on September 23/2025 G.C at 2:00 PM and opened on the same Date at 2:30 P.M.

6. The bidder shall abide with lowest and regulations in forced in federal and regional Government regarding environmental protection and shall confirm with safety and health standard and shall be committed to the implement of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management system and ISO 45001:2018 Safety and health management system.

7. OCC reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
