3. Complete set of bidding documents can purchase by interest bidder up on presentation of renewed license on WWC/GC/Consultancy, Registration Certificate issued from authorized Ministry, Tax payer certificate, Registration Card for VAT & Tin together & Copy of ID card. Documents in English can be purchased from the above- mentioned office up on payment non-refundable fee of birr 1000 (one thousand) by submission of a written application to the Oromia Water & Energy Bureau.

4. Bid must be submitted to the below office on or before 22/09/2025 GC 11:59 AM and must be accompanied by bid bond 1% of the bid price in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee.

5. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or their Representatives who choose to attend 02:30 PM on the same date at 4th floor room No. Left side

6. The Bureau reserves the right to reject the bids partially or fully at any time.
