Form Data on Joint Ventures	In the case of a bid submitted by a joint venture (JV), the Bidder has failed to submit the Form Data on Joint Ventures, the Agreement governing the formation of joint venture, or letter of intent to form JV, including a draft agreement, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.1
Debarred by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Authority	Bidder has been debarred by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.4.

1. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታው በከፊል ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
2. የአቅርበቱ መጠንና ጊዜ ዩኒቨርሲቲው በሚያዘው መሰረት ይሆናል።
3. የማሰረከብያ ቦታ በሁሉም ካምፓሶች ( አክሱም ዋና ግቢ ፣ አክሱም ሪፈራል ሆስፒታል ፣ ሽረ ካምፓስ ፣ ዓድዋ ካምፓስ )ይሆናል።
4. የሚቀርቡ አቅርቦቶች በተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ደንብ ቁጥር 1341/2024 መሰረት ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የማያስፈልጋቸው አቅርቦቶች ከእሴት ታክስ ውጪ ፣ የሚያስፈልጋቸው ደግሞ እሴት ታክስን ተጨምሮ መሞላት አለባቸው ።
5. የጨረታ ማስከበርያው ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት በአካል ወደ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የግዥ ስራ አስፈፃሚ መቅረብ አለበት።
