CALL FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Elsabi Micro Finance Institution S. Co. (EMFI) established in 2022 and received its micro financing business license from the National Bank of Ethiopia on June 8, 2022. Its vision is destined to be the leading financial service provider to unbanked segment of the society using state of the art technologies in Africa.

EMFI here by invites qualified and interested consultancy firms to submit their proposal for Development for 5 years strategic and business plan 2025-2029.

a) Eligibility and submission requirements

Interested and eligible bidders are required to submit a written application along with original and legible copies of the following legal documents:

i. copy of renewed and relevant business license for fiscal year of 2018 E.C

ii. Copy of VAT registration certificate

iii. Copy of TIN certificate

iv. Technical and Financial Proposal

V. Bid security Bond of ETB 500

b) Bid Submission instructions

The bid instruction Documents (TOR) can be collected in hard copy from EMFI Main Office. Detailed instruction for collection is provided below
