Call for Consultancy Service

The Ethiopian Horticulture Producer Exporters Association (EHPEA). established in 2002. is a business membership organization dedicated to promoting the interests of its members engaged in the production and export of cut flowers, fruits, vegetables. herbs, cuttings, and vegetable seeds. Currently, EHPEA represents 126 active members and has played a pivotal role in driving the rapid growth of Ethiopia’s horticulture industry. Over the past two decades, the Association has effectively represented its members both locally and internationally, contributing to policy dialogue. market access, and the global recognition of Ethiopia as a competitive horticulture producer.

EHPEA provides a comprehensive package of services for its members, including Policy advocacy to safeguard members’ interests, Capacity building (including TVET programs) to strengthen technical and managerial skills, Compliance support to meet national and international standards, and industry promotion and market linkage to enhance competitiveness. To further enhance the quality, efficiency, and relevance of its services, EHPEA intends to conduct a Member Satisfaction Survey. This survey will be a critical tool for:

• Measuring member satisfaction levels,
• Identifying strengths and service gaps, and
• Generating evidence-based insights to inform the Association’s future strategic priorities.

In this regard, EHPEA seeks to hire an independent consultant to design and conduct the Member Satisfaction Survey among member farms. The consultant will ensure impartiality and credibility in capturing member feedback and will provide actionable recommendations to guide EHPEA’s service improvement and long-term planning.

Eligible consultants are invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals outlining their proposed methodology, data collection tools, timeline, and relevant experience in undertaking similar assignments

How to Apply

1. Interested firms can collect the prepared Terms of Reference (TOR) from the EHPEA office Finance and Administration Department
2. Submit both their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes within Ten(10) days from the first date of the announcement in this newspaper.
3. Both envelopes with bid documents shall be clearly marked as “Independent Surveyor”.
4. EHPEA reserves the right to accept or reject any of its bids.
