2. አቅራቢዎች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO) ሲያሰሩ በአዲስ አበባ ቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት መሆን አለበት በዋና መስሪያ ቤት የተሰራ(CPO) ተቃባይነት የለውም።
3. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ(CPO) ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።
4. ተጫራቾች ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።
5. አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈባቸውን ዕቃዎች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ቅ/ጽ/ቤታችን የዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ ማስረከብ አለበት።
