ZamZam Bank S.C would like to invite eligible bidders for the supply of 5KVA Invertors as indicated below.

Therefore, all interested suppliers can participate in this bid with due consideration of the following requirements: 

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank’s procurement policy and the bid is open to all eligible bidders.  Bidders are required to submit renewed business license, TIN certificate and VAT registration certificate.

2. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be collected from Head Office Procurement and Facility MGT Department, located at Bole Wollo Sefer Garad Building 11th floor against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 1,000.00/one thousand birr/ for each lots through ZamZam Bank Head Office Alif Branch deposit, during office hours.

3. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security as stated below in the table.

Both bids must be submitted until October 15, 2025 up to 4:00 local time in the bid box located at Garad Building 11th floor – Procurement and Facility Management Office. The bid will be open on the same date @ 4:30 local time in the presence of the bidders’ or their representatives who wish to attend in person at the address below.

4. The Bank’s shall not consider any Bid that arrives after the deadline for submission of bids, any Bid received by Bank after the deadline for submission of bids shall be declared as late, rejected, and returned to the Bidder unopened. 

5. ZamZam bank S.C reserves the right to reject any bid partially or in full.
