CALL FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB)

Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested bidders for the procurement of different Office Equipment as per stated below.

1. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://bids.extratenders.com.et and via https://dashen.afrotender.com/or afrotender.com to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid reference number starting from September 29, 2025.

2. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank’s supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/ 

3. Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.

4. Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days for all bids.

5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document for both bid reference numbers.

6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on October 10, 2025, up to 5:00 PM at the place/ address mentioned under No. 7 below.

7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or their legal representative at Dacha

8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 3 to 6 shall result in automatic rejection.

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
