- ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው መክፈቻ ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት ሁለት ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ private key share ማድረግ አለባቸው። ካላደረጉ ውድቅ ይደረጋሉ።
- ተጫራቾች በሲስተም ላይ ያሲያዙትን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋናውን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
- ዋጋው ውል ከተፈረመበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ2 አመት(730 days) የፀና ስለመሆኑ መገለፅ ያለበት ሲሆን ካልተገለፀ ዋጋው ለ2 አመት የፀና እንዲሁም ሁሉንም ወጪ ያካተተ ነው ተብሎ ይታሰባል።
- እንአስፈላጊነቱ ባለስልጣመ/ቤቱ የጥበቃዎችን አቅም ለማረጋገጥ ተጨማሪ መረጃዎ ች ሊጠይቅና በአካል በመሄድ ሊገመግም ይችላል።
- ተጫራቾች የተጠየቀውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባለስልጣን መ/ቤታን የእንግሊዝኛ ስም በEthiopian Food and Drug Authority ብቻ ማሰራት አለባቸው።
- ከዚህ ውጪ የሚመጣ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የለውም።
- አንድ ተጫራች አሸናፊ የሚሆነው የሁሉም አገልግሎቶች ዋጋዎች ተደምረው በጥቅል አነስተኛ ዋጋ ሲሆን ነው።
- ተጫራቾች specific requirement ላይ የተጫነውን Anti-bribery pledge form አውርደው ፈርመዉና ማህተም አድርገው መጫን ማያያዝ(attach) አለባቸው።
- ባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
