Afro Ethiopia integrated Development (AEID) is a national, non-political non-religious, and non-governmental organization (NGO) that was established in 2003. It has been re-registered as an Ethiopian Resident Charity Organization under the Charities and Societies Proclamation 1113/2019 with registration number 0215. Over the post 21 years. AEID has collaborated with various donors and governments to provide a wide range of development and humanitarian services across multiple sector and regions

Curently ABD a inviting fenders for the supply of Medicine. These supplies are essential for the successful implementation of our project titled “Integrated Multi-Sectoral Cholera (WASH & Health 1 Emergency Response Amhara Region (Bahir Dar Zura and Bahir Dar Town), Ethiopia,” which is funded by the “Ethiopia Humanitarian Fund/EHF

Interested Suppliers /bidder must provide the following mandatory documents

  • Company profile, Evidence of past performance record on similar works (Testimony leffer) and other relevant experiences..
  • Renewed/Valid business license registration certificate (the Year of 2017 charged)
  • Copy of Tax Identification Number (TIN) registration certificate if VAT is to be charged)
  • Copy of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate
  • The bidders shall submit a bid security/guarantee/CPO (Cashier’s Payment Order] 2% from the total cost of the supplies in the name of Afro Ethiopia Integrated Development.

BID DOCUMENT COLLECTION

Potential bidders can collect the bid document paying a non-returnable fee of two hundred ETB (200) from the Afro-Ethiopia Integrated Development (ABD) Head Office during working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) for ten consecutive working days, including Saturdays, starting from the newspaper publication date

Bid Submission

Bidders must submit their proposals in two separate sealed envelopes, each bearing the bidder’s official seal. The envelopes must be clearly marked EC/2025) “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” respectively, and each must be labeled as “Original” and “Copy” Each submission must include the

bidder’s name, contact address, tender title, and tender reference number

The auction will conclude on October 11, 2025, at 2:30 PM. The opening will take place on the same day at 3:00 PM, Bidders or their legal representatives are welcome to attend the opening.

Please note that Afro-Ethiopia Integrated Development reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, either partially or in its entirety.
