INVITATION TO BID

Invitation to Bide Training Service: Equatorial Business Group PLC invites qualified trainers to provide training in the following areas:

1. Result Orientation and Change Mindset

2. Teamwork for Exceling Performance

3. Contextualized Customer Service

Interested bidders must meet the following Requirement

1. Interested bidders can collect a complete set of bidding document upon payment of a non- refundable fee ETB 300 (three hundred) from equatorial business group plc head office 1st floor local purchase office

2. Bidders should submit their Technical and Financial proposal in two separate sealed and stamped envelopes.

3. Bidders must provide the following documents

• Renewed trade License
• Tax clearance certificate
• Tax payers identification Number (TIN)
• Bid security of Birr 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO include bide submission

4. The Bid must submitted to the equatorial Business group plc head office before October 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM

5. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the physical address indicated above or through +251114406218

6. The Bid opening will take place on be made in the presence of bidders or the representatives on October 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the presences of bidders or representatives at the Equatorial Business Group PLC Head office.

7. Additional details including the Terms of Reference (TOR) in the bid document, which bidders must adhere strictly.

8. Equatorial Business Group shall reserve the right to cancel all or part of these bides.
