Invitation for Bids (IFB)

IFB Title: Printing & distribute of National Identification Cards for 60,000 Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Qolaji Camp

1. Somali Regional Disaster Risk Management Bureau invites sealed bids from qualified eligible bidders for the Printing and distribute national identification cards for 70,000 Internally displaced persons (IDPs).

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and is open to all interested bidders, Bid Evaluation Shall be determined in accordance with the provision indicated in the Bid Documents.

4. Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of Not Less than 1% of the Bid Price for each Lot.

5. Bids shall be submitted to the under mentioned addresses end of this letter comprising in one envelop separate technical and financial offers.

6. Bidders are required to present official application letter, renewed trade license, 2018 VAT Registration Certificate, tax payers registration certificate and suppliers list registration certificate. Bid must be delivered to Disaster Risk Management Bureau (DRMB) on or before 3:00 PM, after 5 Working Days from the date of announcement on The Ethiopian Herald. Late bids will be rejected. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased directly from Disaster Risk Management Bureau (DRMB) Procurement Case Coordination Room No. 11, and Telephone No. +251-25 775-3014, FAX No +251-25 775 3583, Jijga, Ethiopia upon payment of a non-refundable fee Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred birr) by interested bidders on submission of a written application.

7. Disaster Risk Management Bureau (DRMB), reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
