2. በሰንጠረዡ ከተዘረዘሩት የብልሽት ዓይነቶች ውጪ በሚያጋጥሙበት ወቅት ጥገና ከመደረጉ በፊት ድርጅቱ ወቅታዊውን የገበያ ዋጋ መሠረት በማድረግ በሚሰጠው ዋጋ በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ውሳኔ ይሰጥበታል።
3. የጋራዡን ቦታና ይዘት ለሚመጣው የቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ የቴክኒክ ኮሚቴ በአካል የማሳየት/የማስጎብኘት ግዴታ ይኖርባቸዋል።
4. መስሪያ ቤቱ የጨረታ ሂደቱን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው።
5. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ስታሰሩ Addis Ababa Kality customs branch office በሚል መሆን ይኖርበታል እንዲሁም ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ሲ.ፒ.ኦ በአካል መቅረብ ይኖርበታል።
