Invitation to Bid for Consultancy Services

The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) Training Institute (TI) hereby invites open bid for eligible and qualified bidders holding valid license for the supply of the following service. and food items

Lot	Description
1	Consultancy service for the “Revision of WASH Training Manual and adapt into an e-learning management system (eLMS)-friendly, engaging. and gender-sensitive format, accompanied by a facilitator’s guide”.
2	Supply of vegetables and fruits for one year (as per the list in the bid document)

1. Interested eligible bidders can procure a complete set of bidding documents by depositing a non-refundable payment amount ETB 300.00 (Three hundred Birr) and 100.00 (One hundred Birr) for the consultancy service and for the supply of vegetables &fruits respectively on CBE Account Number 0171886517600 in the name of Ethiopian Red Cross Society Training Institute (ERCS-TI) and collect the bidding document from ERCS-1 casher’s office that is located around Saris, behind Adey Abeba Textile and Garment Factory, Addis Abeba

2. Bidder shall present copy of their renewed business license for the year 2017 E. C. Business registration certificate tax identification and VAT registration certificates and other necessary documents.

3. All fenders must be submitted to Ethiopia Red Cross Society Training Institute along with a bid security (bid bond) in acceptable forms CPO only specified in the bidding data sheet amounting 2% of the bid offer, on a separate envelope. The bid security shall be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid

4. FINANCIAL OFFER shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labeled as ORIGINAL and COPY. TECHNICAL OFFER shall be made in a separate third sealed envelope clearly labeled as TECHNICAL OFFER. The four envelopes including the CPO shall then be sealed and stamped in and signed outer envelope, addressed to Ethiopian Red Cross Society Training Institute whose address is mentioned below.

5. Bid will be closed on October 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at ERCS TI training room

6. Bidder are advised to read the bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in the bidding document.

7. Failure to comply with the conditions from No 1 to 6 above may result in an automatic rejection.

8. The ERCS, TI reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
