External Audit Service

Organic Health Care Service (OHCs) is a non-profit organization registered with the Charities and Societies Agency (Certificate No. 3823). Established by survivor MDR-TB patients and health professionals, OHCs provides awareness, health care, and support services in TB prevention and control. OHCS invite licensed External Audit Firms to submit proposals to provide audit services for three consecutive fiscal years (2025-2027 G.C.).

Requirements:

• Certificate of competency from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) or the Office of the Federal Auditor General (OFAG).
• Renewed business license for the current fiscal year.
• Valid TIN and VAT registration certificates.
• Proven experience auditing charitable organizations or NGOs.
• Legal capacity to enter into a contract agreement.

Submission Guidelines:

Interested bidders should deliver their sealed and stamped technical and financial proposals, clearly marked “External Audit Service – OHCS (2025-2027 G.C.)”, to the OHCS office during regular working hours (Monday-Friday, 2:30 AM- 10:00 PM).

Late submissions will not be accepted. No bid opening date will be announced.

OHCS Reserves the Right:

OHCS may accept or reject any/all bids and cancel the bidding process at any time without assigning any reason.
