1. The Benishangul-Gumuz regional state education bureau invites all competitive bidders from eligible and qualified contractors of category GC-4/BC 4 and above with their renewed trade license for the year 2018 E.C/2025 G.C. registration certificate. Tax Identification & VAT Registration Certificates, certificate of competence, supplier’s registration certificate and currently tax clearance and All bidders must fill, sign & seal the bid submission form for the bid Construction of four block Menstrual Hygiene management with Four incinerator at primary school & secondary school in Benishangul-Gumuz Region.

Bidders can bid for lots as follows

Lot	Works to be done	Location, the name of woreda and schools
Lot 1	Construction of four new blocks menstrual hygiene management and four incinerators at primary and secondary schools.	1. Oura Woreda Qush mageny primary school 2. Oura Woreda Tsetse primary school. 3. Kamashi Woreda Engineer Tigre secondary school, 4. Kamashi Woreda Quter 2 primary school

 2. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 400 /Four hundred Birr/from BENISHANGUL-GUMZ region education bureau procurement Directorate room number 8.

4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security Of 200,000 (Two hundred thousand ETB) & bid validity period & bid security shall be valid for 90 days plus 28 calendar days starting from bid opening date. The bid security shall be payable on demand to the employer & must be certified payment order in Cash (CPO) form or unconditional bank guarantee.

5. Late bid will be rejected. The sealed & signed envelopes containing one original & two copies of financial & two copies of technical offer documents along with the bid security in separate signed & sealed envelope. Technical & Financial should be final envelop by outer mother envelope addressed to Benishangul- Gumuz Education bureau procurement Directorate. The name of the projects site & school name shall must be liable on outer mother envelop the Bid must be hand delivered to procurement Directorate Room number 8.

6. Bidder must be submitted their bid on / before the FIFTY (15) Calendar days from the first date of the bid announcement by the procurement directorate and the bid will be Closed on this 15th day. closed at 8:00 local time & opened at 8:30 local time at the same day. If the 15th calendar day is holy day, it will be opened on the next working day.

7. Interested bidder shall submit certificate of supplier’s registration for GC-4/ BC-4 & above and other documentary evidence which include:

7.1. Renewed trading License for the current Year

7.2. Tax clearance certificate valid for the current year

7.3. VAT and TIN number registration certificate

7.4. Suppliers registration certificate

8. The construction of the works shall be completed within a maximum of (90) ninety calendar days starting from the contract signing.

9. Bidders are required to visit the site and read the ITB & bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in the schedules.

10. No advance payment for this project.

11. The employer reserves the right to reject partially or all bids.
