Factor	Criteria
valid excise tax registration certificate	For procurements of goods and services subject to excise tax, to submit a valid excise tax registration certificate;
Disclose bidder information	If the bidder participating in a Public procurement whether individually or as part of a partnership, consortium, or joint venture disclose at least one of the following, (a)   Directly or indirectly holding 10% or more of the shares. ማሳሰቢያ፡

መስሪያ ቤታችን የኢትዮጵያ ፖሉስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ለ 2018 በጀት አመት የተለያዩ የቧንቧ እቃዎች ለመግዛት በወጣው ግልጽ ጨረታ ሊይ ለሚወዳደሩ ድርጅቶች የሚከተሉትን ነገሮች ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል።

1. አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈባቸውን እቃዎች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ሰንዳፋ ከተማ የኢትዮጵያ ፖሉስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግምጃ ቤት ማቅረብ አለበት።
2. ተጫራቾች በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID bond Bank Guarantee)ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድቀን በፊት ኢት/ፖ/ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳዯር ህንፃ ቢሮ ቁጥር 02 በአካልማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን ይህን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ስካንበማድረግ በE-GP ሲስተም ሉይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል።
3. ድርጅቶች ለመወዳደሪያነት የምታቀርቡትን ናሙና አይነቱን በመጥቀስ በጨረታ ሰነድ (specific requirement) ውስጥ በተቀመጠው የናሙና ማስረከቢያ ፎርም ሊይ በመሙሊት ማቅረብ አለባችሁ ፤ካልሆነ የማናስተናግዳችሁ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን።
4. አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚያቀርበው የተለያዩ የቧንቧ እቃዎች ግዥ ጥራት ያለው መሆን አለበት።
5. ጨረታው ሲከፈት በሰዓቱ ኪኮድ ሼር ያላደረገ ተጫራች በኋላ ለሚመጣው ችግር መስሪያ ቤታችን ሀላፊነቱን አይወስድም።
6. አንዳንድ እቃዎች የተለየ መገለጫ ስለሌላቸው ቴክኒካል ስፔሲፊካቸውን ማየት ይጠበቅባችኋል።
7. ከጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ተቋም የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ የምታመጡ ድርጅቶች የምታመጡት ደብዳቤ በ2017ዓ.ም በወጣው የግዥ መመረያ መሰራት ከአደራጃችሁ ተቋም በትክክል የተጻፈ፣ የግንኙነት አድራሻ ያለው፣ በደብዳቤው ላይ የጨረታውን አይነት/የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥሩ/ እና የገንዘቡ መጠን መገለጽ አለበት።
8. መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።
