INVITATION TO BID

Bid Title: Invitation for External Auditors for Provision of Audit service for Fiscal Years 2018-2020 E.C. BORAN REAL ESTATE S.C invites all interested, Qualified, and Competent financial consulting firms (External Auditors) for provision of External audit service for the coming fiscal years 2018-2020 E.C.

Interested bidders are required to fulfill the following:- 

• Bidders can collect the bid document from Boran Real Estate S.C (Refer Address Below) Finance Department by Paying a non-refundable fee amounting ETB 100.00 (One hundred) starting from 07/02/2018 E.C.
• Bidders shall submit a bid bond amounting to ETB. 3000.00 (Three Thousand Birr). The Cash Shall be deposited by the name of BORAN REAL ESTATE S.C. Awash Bank Account #01304088408900.
• Bidders Who fulfill the criteria set in the bid document, shall submit their offer (Technical and Financial Proposal Separately) in wax sealed envelopes making “Technical and Financial Proposal to Boran Real Estate S.C. Finance Department”.
• All Bid document shall be submitted up to 22/02/2018E.C. 5:00 PM during Office Hours from Monday- Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00AM-12:00AM.
• Bid Documents without the Required Trade License and CPO will be automatically disqualified.
• Certification of Professional Competence issued by a recognized body having a legal mandate to give Such certification;
• Authorization by the accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia.
• BORAN REAL ESTATE S.C. has reserved the right to fully or partially accept or reject this bid.
