Tender No: EAH/ERP/2025/01

East African Holding S.C. (EAH), a diversified conglomerate operating in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, real estate, FMCG, and service sectors, invites licensed and qualified Microsoft ERP implementation partners to participate in an open tender for the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) solution across its subsidiary companies.

This project forms part of EAH’s ERP Harmonization Initiative, aiming to standardize and integrate business processes and financial reporting across all group companies through a unified Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC environment.

Scope of Work

The successful bidder will be responsible for:

• Full design, configuration, development, testing, and roll out of BC365 across multiple subsidiaries under a wave-based implementation strategy.
• Integration with existing systems such as weigh bridge, POS, Odoo, CRM, and Microsoft Power Platform application.
• Knowledge transfer, training, and post-implementation support.

Bidder Eligibility

Interested bidders must:

• Be licensed Microsoft Partners (Gold/Silver/Bronze) with verifiable experience.
• Demonstrate regional experience in Ethiopia or East Africa.
• Have proven ERP implementation experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and real estate sectors.
• Submit a bid security of ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.

Detailed RFP documents can be obtained from the EAH Head Office, Tor Hailoch, Addis Ababa, upon presentation of an official request letter during working hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM).

Submission Details

• RFP Issue Date: October 15, 2025
• Pre-Bid Meeting: October 24, 2025
• Clarification Deadline: October 28, 2025
• Proposal Submission Deadline: October 30, 2025 (before 4:00 PM local time)
• Bid Opening: November 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM at EAH Head Office. Late submissions will be rejected.

EAH reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
