1. ተጫራቾች በሚወዳደሩበት ዕቃ ላይ ሳምፕል ወይም ናሙና ማምጣት አለባቸው።
2. ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት Bid Security ኦሪጅናሉ ቢሮ ድረስ በአካል ማምጣት አለባቸው።(ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በሲስተም ማሳወቅና ማረጋገጥ የጠበቅባቸዋል።) 
3. ተጫራቾች ሲስተም የሚሰጣቸውን Key በሲስተም Share ማድረግ አለባቸው።
4. መስሪያቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
5. ተወዳደሪው የሚወዳደርበትን እቃ ዝርዝር መግለጫ (ስፔስፊኬሽን) በዝርዝር መግለፅ አለበት።
