Invitation to Bid for External Audit Services

Selamta Family Project Inc. (SFP), a non-governmental organization re-registered as a foreign charity under the Organization of Civil Societies Proclamation No. 1113/2019 with certificate number 0561, hereby invites qualified audit firms to submit proposals for the audit of its financial accounts for the fiscal year 2025.

Eligible bidders are:

• Chartered Certified Accountants and Auditors duly registered with the Civil Society Organizations Authority and licensed by the Office of the Federal Auditor General to provide audit services in Ethiopia.

Requirements for Submission:

Interested firms are requested to submit both a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal in separate sealed and stamped envelopes, clearly marked as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”. The submission package should include:

• Renewed Trade License
• Business Registration License
• Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Professional Competency Certificates

In addition, bidders are required to clearly indicate the proposed timeframe for completing the audit engagement.
