INVITATION TO BID FOR DESIGN COMPETITION

ERCS Oromia Region Bale Zonal Branch Invites to all local eligible Consulting (Design) firms Category III and above who have Trade Licenses and Consultancy Service certificates valid for up to date. And Valid Registration Certificate from concerned issuing body are kindly invited to the Competition and advised to:

1. Submit sealed bid providing necessary labor and others to execute design of G+4 multipurpose building seats on area of 900m2(30mx30m) design proposal to be built in Bale zone, in Robe City, Goba Sub city.

2. Purchase complete set of bidding document upon payment of nonrefundable fee of birr 1000 to ERCS, Bale zone, Telephone+251-114-40-59-83 or ERCS Oromia Region +251226-61-02-15 located at Goba sub city.

3. Bidders advise to submit Financial and Technical in separate wax sealed envelopes label as ORIGINAL & COPY (Original Technical, Copy Technical, Original Financial, Copy Financial all in separate wax sealed envelopes.). Also bid bond (bid security) by its separate wax sealed in one mother envelope.

4. Obtain further information from the address mentioned above.

5. Visit the site envisaged for the design and acquire necessary reconnaissance.

6. Submit bids to the aforementioned office, within 21 calendar days of the announcement of this bid in the newspapers.

7. Attend Bids opening ceremony on the 21th date of this bid announcement at 2:30 pm, at the same address and if the date is a holiday on the next working date at 2:30pm.

8. Provide 2% of offered contract price bid security in form of CPO only to the above-mentioned office valid for 28 calendar days after bid validity. Bid shall remain valid for a period of 90 calendar days after the bid submission deadline date prescribed by the employer. A bid valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by the employer as nonresponsive.

9. Failure to comply with the conditions from no.2 to 8 above shall result in an automatic rejection.
ERCS, Oromia Region Bale Zonal branch has the right to reject any or all bids.
