The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands, Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project, (Phase Two) has floated an invitation for bid on Ethiopian Herald dated September 2/2025 and UNDP online on September 3/2025.

Due to request for extension by various bidders and the need for addressing clarifications, the bid submission and opening deadline extended as follow:

• Last date for submission of bid to be November 4/2025 on or before 2:00 pm
• Opening of the bid on the same date November 4/2025 at 2:30 pm Original closing and opening date October 20/2025 at 2:00 pm and 2:30pm respectively.
• Please note that the bid validity and bid security date shall consider this extension of submission deadline but all other terms and condition stated in ITB and bid data sheet will remain unchanged. The physical address for submission of bid and further information
