1. ተጫራቾች ኦሪጂናል የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ግዥ ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ማቅረብ አለባቸው ካላቀረቡ ግን ከውድድር ውጪ ይደረጋሉ።
2. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
3. ጨረታውን ያሸነፈ ተጫራች ዩንቨርሲቲው በፈለገበት ግዜ ባዘዘው ልክ ማስገባት አለበት።
4. ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በፍት ከተቋሙ ጋር በገቡት ውሎች ላይ የአፈጻጸም ችግር የለለባቸው መሆን መቻል አለባቸው።
5. ጨረታውን ያሸነፈ ተጫራች ያሸነፈበትን ዕቃዎች ዩንቨርሲቲው ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ የማምጣት ግዴታ አለበት።
