Project: One WaSH National Program phase II (OWNP-CWA Phase II)
Contract Title: Procurement of Pipes & Fittings for Supply Chain Spar Parts as Seed Materials as Enhancing Service delivery & Scheme sustainable for previously constricted project, by categorizing the program woredas into five clusters (Ref. ET-OROMIA WERDB-514596-GO-RFB).
- The Government of Ethiopia has received credit/funding from different financers channeled through Consolidated WaSH Account (CWA) under One WaSH National Program (OWNP) phase II Credit to payments under the contract for Procurement of Pipes & Fittings for Supply Chain Spar Parts as Seed Materials as Enhancing Service delivery & Scheme sustainable for previously constricted project, by Mcategorizing the program woredas into five clusters
- The Oromia Water and Energy Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Pipes & Fittings for Supply Chain Spar Parts as Seed Materials as Enhancing Service delivery & Scheme sustainable for previously constricted project, by categorizing the program woredas into five clusters.
- Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers January 2011 edition, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Water and Energy Bureau and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:30AM to 5:00 PM Local time at the address given below.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr). The method of payment will be Cash against receipt.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 18,2025 at 14:00 hours (2:00 P.M). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on November 18, 2025 at 14:30hours (2:30 P.M).
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 500,000.00 (ETB Five Hundred Thousand Only) or in freely convertible Currency.
- The purchaser reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all or Part of the bid at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to bidders.
