1.  Ethio telecom invites all interested local and foreign bidders by this International Request for Information (RFI) for the procurement of Power Factor Correctors (PFC) Solutions with RFI No. 4278570. The RFI remains floating starting from October 17, 2025 up to November 06, 2025.

2. Any Interested potential manufactures, suppliers or providers may obtain further information from Ethio telecom’s website and download RFI document from web sites www.afrotender.com, www.extratenders.com.et and www.2merkato.com  free of charge (FOC) during the specified floating period.

3.   Interested participants are expected to fulfill the requirements stated here below:

a) Participants must have a previous experience in developing and managing the PFC Solutions and preferably offering the solution successfully in the market.

b)  Participants should have a minimum technical capability of the solutions to be developed and supplied.

4.  Sealed bids marked as “Request for Information for the Supply of Power Factor Correctors (PFC) Solutions with RFI NO. 4278570 and be addressed to:

                    2^nd Floor, Room No.211b,

                    P. O. Box 1047, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. 

5. RFI proposal will be received at Ethio telecom, Head Office, 2^nd Floor, Room   No. 211B, before or on November 06, 2025 5:00pm.  RFI proposal presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted.                                                                                                                                                             

6.   Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this RFI bidding document.

7.    Ethio telecom reserves the right to reject all or parts of this RFI.
