2) ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት ለሚወዳደርባቸው እቃዎች ከሁለት ኪሎ ግራም ያላነሰ ናሙና ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ አንድ ቀን አስቀድሞ በአካል የማቅረብ ግዴታ ይኖርበታል፡፡
3) ተቋሙ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊልም የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው
