INVITATION TO BID

BBC Media Action Ethiopia Country Office would like to invite interested and potential bidders for the supply of the following items:

Required Documents: Interested bidders must provide Valid and renewed Business License, Suppliers Registration Certificate from the Relevant Authority, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate with their quotation
Interested bidders can send a request to logs@et.bbcmediaaction.org to obtain soft copy of the detailed specifications of the above listed items.
In their email bidders should clearly indicate which lot/lots they want to bid for.
When submitting their bid document, bidders should strictly respect the specifications they obtain via email.
Bidders should submit their quotation, hardcopy, with sealed envelope before or on 31^st of October 2021 to BBC Media Action office located at Bole Sub-City, Woreda 02 H.No 40/37ag+6 beside thBonRoyal Hotel, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The bid document must be accompanied by a bid bond (CPO) with the amount of ETB 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand) for each lot. The bid bond should be prepared for “BBC Media Action”.
BBC Media Action preserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities, cancel the bid in full or in partial.
