Invitation for National Competitive Bid (NCB)

Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Server-farm Switch Supply. Installation. Configuration and Migration interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:

i. Renewed trade license

ii. TIN Certificate certificate

iii. VAT Registration Certificate

IV. Valid Tax clearance

V. Suppliers Registration Certificate from

VI, Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF)

1. Bidders shall submit bid security as detailed herein below:

2.Interested bidders shall Purchase complete set of bidding documents beginning from October 21, 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500 (Birr Five Hundred Only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II. Ground floor and collect the Soft Copy of bidding document from Capital Goods Procurement Division.

3. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before November 05, 2025 at 10:00 A.M (in the morning) at the Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office.

4.The Bid’s shall be opened on the above mentioned address, on November 05, 2025 at 10:05 A.M (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

6. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in the sealed envelope.
