INVITATION FOR TENDER-PREQUALIFIFICATION

BID ANNONUNCEMENT NO.SSNT-T578

Ethiopian Airlines Group intends to invite shortlist potential prequalified GC/BC/RC-1 contractors for Design, Procurement, Construction and Financing and below listed works for Bishoftu International Airport (BIA) on turnkey basis, to be executed in line with the project’s LEED campus targets (Terminal targeting LEED Gold).

1. Main Facilities for Terminal & Concourse (Package F 1)
2. Airfield And Infrastructures (Package II)
3. Off-Site Link (Rail and Road) Package I2)
4. Support Facilities (Package F2)

Any legally established International and local bidders in Ethiopia with renewed Trade License for the current year, renewed Certificate of registration from authorized body in category GC/BC/RC-1,Valid Tax clearance, VAT registration certificate, Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN) & Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids and Renewed certificate of registration from authorized body in category GC/BC/RC-1 and Registration as Supplier in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA) can get the tender document.

Applications for Prequalification shall be prepared as digital submissions only (searchable PDF with accompanying editable Word/Excel where applicable), each a aclearly marked with the respective package name “Name of the package” and delivered via the secure submission instructions provided in the PQ Documents no later than December 01, 2025, @ 02:00pm. Late applications will be rejected.
