Imagine 1day International Organization (I1D) is an international NGO operating in Oromia, Amhara, Tigray. Afar. South Ethiopia, South Weast Ethiopia and Central Ethiopia regions and Benishangul Gumuz regions to create access to quality education for all Ethiopian Children.

I1D invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders, technically competent, and have valid licenses for the supply of the below items for I1D Country Office.

Requirements:

• Renewed & Valid trade license for related items,
• Value Added Registration (VAT) certificate (for non-medical suppliers),
• Tax Identification certificate,
• VAT Clearance declaration of Recent Month (for non-medical suppliers),
• Bid security bond of 5% of the bid amount before Tax by CPO which is Valid for 30 days beginning on the date the bid is opened on one separate Envelop,

Note:

• Bid documents with the detail description of items can be obtained from imagine 1day Addis Ababa Country Office from 20/10/2025 to 27/10/2025 by paying 200 birrs via Imagine 1 Day CBE.
• Both financial and technical document with all legal documents (two copies-one original and one copy) which is wax and stamp envelope should be separately submitted to imagine 1 day Country Office,
• Bid offer should include all aforementioned tender documents and marked, bidders name, address, and legal stamp of the bidder and submit and put in to the bid box on the day of bid opening.
• Bid will be closed on 28/10/2025 at 10:00AM and opened on 28/10/2025 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine 1Day Country office,
• The winner shall deliver the materials within 5 (five) Working days from the date of the agreement/PO signed.
• Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the materials.
• Imagine 1day, reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bids,
