Kacha Digital Financial Service S.C is the first private payment instrument issuer licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia under the National Payment Systems Proclamation no 718/2011 and NBE directive ONPS/01/2020. Kacha envisions to play its key role in the national digital payment strategy and Digital Ethiopia 2025 goal by harnessing state of the art technology, talented human capital and inclusive platforms.

Kacha Digital Financial Service S.C. (Kacha) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the following Service.

BIDDING REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bidding document will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures to be obtained from Kacha DFS S.C. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Finance Department at Kacha DFS email: henok.g@kachadfs.com /No. +251991233220. Bidders can obtain and inspect the bidding documents from our head office.

2. The bid document is available in soft copy and interested eligible bidders can get the bid document from the address mentioned below or email address henok.g@kachadfs.com / No. +251991233220. tilahun.t@kachadfs.com / +251991233140

3. Bids must be delivered to the address below as per the following schedule. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

4. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below as per the following schedule.

5. Along with the Bid Documents, Bidders should provide copy of Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and Tax Clearance Letter from Ministry of Revenue & other relevant documentary evidence expressed in the Bidding Document.

6. Bidders should have provided renewed license and related certificates from the Accounting & Auditing Board of Ethiopia or any other appropriate body. Bidders without valid license will be disqualified.

7. Providing evidence letter in auditing a Financial Institution established in Ethiopia.

8. The company reserves the right to cancel this bid unilaterally at any time prior to awarding the contract.
