Subject: Invitation to Open Tender.

LUCY INSURANCES. invites your esteemed firm to participate in a Open Tender for the provision of Legal Advisory Services related to the Securities Registration Process.

You are invited to submit your tender documents in accordance with the Requirement stated below.

• The bid document can be obtained from the company Finance Department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr) inclusive of VAT.
• Bidders shall submit their Technical and Financial proposals separately at Lucy Insurance S.C. Head Office. HR and Logistics Department 3rd floor, located at in front of Capital Hotel, adjacent to Waryt Furniture beginning from October 19, 2025 up to October 28, 2025 and will be closed on October 28, 2025 in the morning at 4:00 Local time, and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 4:30 Local time of the Company’s Meeting room, 6th Floor.

Tender Submission Requirements:

Please ensure your proposal includes the following:-

1. Price Quotation -inclusive of all applicable local taxes.
2.  Proposed Payment Terms.
3. Company Profile and Relevant Experience-demonstrating capacity in similar assignments.
4. Separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial Proposals, and should clearly state “Technical Document” and “Financial Document”
5. The Bid should be supported with Bid security of Birr 100,000 in sealed and separate envelope.
6. All documents must be enclosed in a single outer envelope. The seated outer envelope should clearly state the bidder’s name and address.”

• TIN Certificate
• Renewed and Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
