Bid Invitation: Expression of Interest for Capital Market

Registration Legal Advisory Services.

Nile Insurance Share Company (S.C.) hereby invites qualified and experienced Independent Legal Advisory Firms to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for registration purpose of the Company in line with the requirements set by the respective regulations and directives of the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA).

Hence Interested Legal Firms are invited to take the Terms of Reference (TOR) in office hours from the Company Headquarters 22nd Floor by paying non-returnable fee of ETB 200.00.

The expression of interests bidding document shall be submitted along with Relevant Experience and Financial Proposal in an envelope on or before October 28, 2025 till 2:00 P.M. to Nile Insurance Company Head Quarters Building 22nd Floor in the Bid Box provided for the purpose.

The bid will be opened on the same date, October 28, 2025 at 2:15 P.M. in the presence of Bidders or their representatives.

The Company reserves the right to reject any or all EOIs.
