1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online one time of 10th May 2021 on-line and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.

2. The Amhara National Regional State Water and Energy Bureau through the Government of Ethiopia has received Financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of Multi-Sectoral Approach for Stunning Reduction project (MASREP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant finance will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for supply and installation of Fittings and Electro- Mechanical Equipment for Adi-Arkay Town water supply construction project.

3.The Amhara National Regional State Water and Energy Bureau now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the address below and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30 A.M to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday at the address given below

5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1,000.00 (Birr one thousand only).

6. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Small Works.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 03 December 2025 G.C by 10:00 A.M.

8. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 10:00 A.M on 03 December, 2025 G.C.
