Audit Service (2025-2027)

The Ethiopian Catholic Church Social and Development Commission (ECC-SDCO), established in 1965 as the social and development arm of the Ethiopian Catholic Church (ECC), is a legally registered Civil Society Organization (CSO) under the Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) in accordance with Proclamation No. 1113/2019. The Commission operates under the spiritual and administrative authority of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Ethiopia.

ECC-SDCO invites qualified and licensed Audit Firms to submit proposals for the provision of audit services for a three-year period (2025-2027).

Interested and eligible firms are required to submit the following documents:

• Company profile and renewed business license
• Valid tax clearance certificate
• Audit firm registration certificate from AABE
• Technical and financial proposals

The Terms of Reference (TOR) can be collected from the ECC-SDCO Reception Desk between October 20-24, 2025, during working hours. Completed Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted to the ECC-SDCO Office Reception Desk between October 27-31, 2025

ECC-SDCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without providing reasons.
