Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahido Church-Child and Family Affairs Organization Genete Eyesus Child and Family Development Program Coordination Office (EOTC-CFAO GECFDPCO) in partnership with ChildFund Ethiopia invites wax sealed bid from eligible, qualified contractors of GC-6 or BC-6 and above with license valid for the current fiscal year and registration certificate from Ethiopian Construction Authority for furnishing the necessary labor, materials and equipment for an upgrade of football field at Tigil-lenetsanet Pre-primary and Primary School located at Yeka Sub-City around. Ferensay Legassion area,

1. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document against a non-refundable payment of ETB 400 (Four Hundred Birr) from EOTC-CFAO Genetic Eyesus CFDPCO, Tel: 011 1142948 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia,
2. Bidders should submit sealed bids (original and copy) to EOTC-CFAO Genete Eyesus CFDPCO located around Ferensay Legassion area near to Tigil Lenetsanet Pre-primary and Primary School.
3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the total bid value only in CPO after arithmetic check prepared in the name of EOTC-CFAO Genete Eyesus CFDPCO.
4. Bid will be closed on the 10 calendar day of this announcement at 10:00 AM in the morning and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at EOTC-CFAO Genete Eyesus CFDPCO hall.
5. Bidders should be able to submit their company profile, recommendation letter and other credentials from recognized firms showing one’s experience on projects of similar nature and complexity.
6. Bidders may obtain further information from EOTC-CFAO Genete Eyesus CFDPCO, Tel: 011 1142948 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
7. Bidders are required to fill all the necessary details requested in the bid document.
8. EOTC-CFAO Genete Eyesus CFDPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without fixing any reason thereof.
