Expertise France would like to publish the announcement of Consultancy Service for Conducting a Three-Day Training of Trainers (ToT) on Accountability and GBV Response for Conflict-Affected Communities in both Afar and Tigray Region.

1.  All interested eligible bidders must review the bid document and apply online for their technical and financial proposals until 29/10/2025 6:00 PM (Paris time).
2. Candidates must submit a complete bid file.
3. The validity of bids submitted shall be at least 120 days from the submission deadline.

5. Bidders shall submit the financial offer in Euro only.
6. The Contracting Authority will conclude contracts in the following currency: euro (€).
